Andy Hamilton joined ECP in 2010 as Operations Director and returned to be CEO of LKQ Euro Car Parts in January 2019, following a number of senior management roles at parent company LKQ Europe between 2016 and 2019. Before joining LKQ, Hamilton spent his early career at Halfords, progressing from a sales role in 1992 to Divisional Manager in 2009.
Matt Cleevely followed in his family's footsteps by training as a technician, a role he proved to be excellent at as he contributed numerous technical articles to industry magazines and was shortlisted in various mechanical skills contests. However, Cleevely has always had an eye on the future and having run the family garage business for years, he took the decision in 2018 to set up Cleevely EV, an electric vehicle only specialist workshop.
Steve Scofield joined the team at the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) in 2003 and is currently Head of Business Development. Prior to the IMI, Scofield was a training provider in accident repair and welding, having previously been an insurance assessor.
