Tom Kilroy is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Keyloop, a leading
global provider of software solutions to the auto-retail industry. The company
serves approximately 20,000 dealer sites and more than 80 automotive OEMs, in
over 90 countries.
Tom is also an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC). Based in
London, Tom joined Keyloop in 2021, having joined FPC in 2020.
Tom previously worked at Finastra, Misys and GE Healthcare and served on the
boards of EG, the leading Nordic vertical software company, and of Tomia.
Tom holds an MA in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Oxford University and a
Diploma in Law from the University of Law, UK.
Mark Busby has worked in the automotive industry since leaving school, firstly in parts, then sales. He joined Hendy in 2020 when Doves Ford was acquired, a firm he had joined five years prior.
His first role at Hendy was as new car sales manager for the acquired Fareham branch.
In 2006, he took a short hiatus in Australia, later returning to the firm.
After numerous promotions, Mark became Hendy’s marketing director in 2011, new car sales and marketing director in 2012, and then director of commercial operations in 2016, a role he still holds today.
Lisa Brankin became Ford UK chair and managing director of the Ford of Britain and Ireland National Sales Company on 15 August 2023.
She had been MD for Ford of Britain and Ireland since November 2020, with responsibility for all of Ford’s marketing, sales and service activities in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Prior to her appointment as MD, Lisa held a variety of senior UK roles from 2015 including director, Passenger Vehicles, Ford of Britain and Ireland, director, Sales, Ford of Britain, and director, Marketing, Ford of Britain.
Previous roles in the Ford of Britain leadership team included director, Dealer Operations from 2011 where she was responsible for all sales support and dealer representation activities, including the implementation of Transit Specialist Dealer Centre and rolling out the FordStore showroom initiative.
Brankin joined Ford in September 1990 as a graduate trainee.
Matt is Autocar’s lead features writer and presenter, is the main face of Autocar’s YouTube channel, presents the My Week In Cars podcast and has written his weekly column, Tester’s Notes, since 2013.
Matt is an automotive engineer who has been writing and talking about cars since 1997. He joined Autocar in 2005 as a road tester.
